If you ask me (which you didn’t) there are few things more consumer-unfriendly than charging people for 3G data on their handsets and then charging them again for the privilege of connecting their handsets to a computer in order to use that same 3G data.

Today at Mobile World Congress, Adobe revealed its new Flash Lite - version 3.1. The Advanced Flash Lite features functionality of Adobe Flash 10 and supports more phones than its previous version. Lists of supported devices can be found on Adobe Labs page.

What a big changes in design between MSI previous NetTop and its new AE1900 All-in-one NetTop. It reminds me of the older generation Apple Cinema monitor. The AE1900 sports a 19-inch screen (1366 x 768 resolution), a built-in webcam, and a slot-loading DVD Drive.

For Sony Ericsson, it seems that a 8MP camera phone is not enough. At the Mobile World Congress which started today, Sony Ericsson launched a 12.1 MP camera  mobile phone codenamed Idou which is a smartphone having high end camera features  and is based on Symbian OS.

DigiTimes is reporting that Lenovo is prepping a 12-inch IdeaPad netbook called the S20. The machine will apparently use an Intel Atom N280 CPU while ignoring Intel’s specification that Atom-based machines must feature screens smaller than 10 inches.

The 2009 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid proves that a nearly three-ton SUV can manage 20 mpg. On a thousand-mile, mostly highway trip, that's exactly what I got, and it's also what GM claims (actually 20 city, 21 highway, 20 overall on regular fuel). SUVs of the 1990s were lucky to reach the mid-teens.

There are only a few players with 12-inch netbook in the market, and Lenovo is reported to join the game. The IdeaPad S20 is on Lenovo’s roadmap and will be powered by N280 Atom processor with Intel’s GN40 chipset.

Despite the delay to June 12th for the digital TV switch, the line for $40 converter box coupons is miles and miles long. Uncle Sam is apparently printing up 100,000 coupons every day, but the waiting list is currently at 4 million.
