These jokers will never get along. They’re in court at the moment, arguing over whether an agreement made in 2004 applies today. Intel says that Nvidia is not licensed to create chipsets for Nehalem-based Intel products. Nvidia says that actually, they are licensed.

Swinxs was one of the more interesting interactive gaming concepts that I saw on the floor of this year's Toy Fair. The device is a little green plastic box that serves as a play hub for kids. It supports up to ten players at a time--though it also features a single-player mode.

Redbox, the wonderful dollar-a-day DVD rental kiosk company, is currently owned by a number of parties, including Coinstar and GetAMovie, a subsidiary of McDonalds. Coinstar, Redbox’s majority owner, announced last week that they’ll be buying up the remaining shares.

Dell has officially engaged in some bean spilling on its Direct2Dell company blog in regards to the impending Dell Inspiron Mini 10 netbook. It’ll apparently be available for pre-order on QVC.com today (I can’t find it yet) and up on Dell.com next Thursday.
