The ioDrive Duo from Fusion-io claims to be the fastest solid-state drive in the world. The drive uses PCI Express data bus for the transfer of data, and can sustain 20 Gbps of throughput, 1500 MBps read bandwidth and a 1400 MBps write bandwidth.
