Romania-based engineering student Stephen Shepeleff has designed the Q-SOUND Bluetooth solar powered headphones. The solar cell across the top of the headband will recharge two removable rechargeable NiMH batteries with an electric capacity of 800mAh and operating voltage of 1.2Volts.

Other than the Aquos DX LCD TV, Sharp also recently launched the RD-PM10 E-Dictionary which is also a Portable Media Player. This new Sharp device comes with a QWERTY keyboard and has a 4.3-inch touchscreen display.

Sharp recently announced their Aquos DX LCD which is the world’s first 20″ LCD HDTV to carry a Blu-ray recorder. It has a 20-inch LCD display with a 1366×768 resolution. There is also a 1500:1 contrast ratio, a 450cd/m2 brightness and a digital TV tuner.
