KDDI is very well-known wireless provider in Japan. Now KDDI starts its second solar-powered cell phone – the SH002 built by Sharp. The handset has a built-in solar panel. Just turn the SH002s back side to the sun and after 2 hours the handset will be charged for 140 minutes in standby mode.
