Since I am now a woman of a certain age, there are many, many lab tests my doctor would like me to have. No problem, I have insurance! HA! My insurance will only cover lab work after I pay $1,000.00 out of pocket, and then they pick up 80%.

It seems a day doesn’t go by without some new technology rumor. But hey, it keeps things exciting. Today, there’s a rumor going around on the Pentax Forums that Samsung will be releasing the GX-30 very soon. The GX-30 is set to be the successor to the GX-20, a DSLR camera.

The proposed limit isn’t for censorship purposes mind you; To deal with rampant text spam, the government will put a cap on the number of messages a mobile number can send in a day, reported the state media. The scheme calls for limits of 200 messages per hour and 1,000 messages per weekday.

Well done to Sophos, an anti-virus company (to simplify things a bit). Apparently there’s a new round of malware floating around out there that can infect your Mac. Observe! The nasty in question, OSX/Tored-Fam, is a worm. It will burn your house down if given the chance.
