There was a time when my family and I bought everything from Sears: refrigerators, stoves, clothes, even computers. But since there are dedicated electronics stores like Best Buy and TigerDirect, no one really thinks of shopping at Sears for electronics anymore.

An average women supposedly spend 30 minutes every day applying makeup, which smudges, flakes, fades and runs if exposed to water and other elements. So, in that sense, I get why we've created permanent makeup. Then again, no I don't!

For those pros out there working in print, medium format is king. Portable yet powerful, they can be deployed anywhere. With large but not crowded sensors, they provide excellent sharpness and color fidelity with reasonable exposure times. Of course, they do cost upwards of twenty grand.

Maybe the 0-60 mph in 3.9-second Tesla Roadster isn’t quick enough for some folks. Maybe some trust fund babies want to spend an extra $20k to improve that time to only 3.7-seconds. Well, Tesla unvealed the Roadster Sport today at the companies first NYC dealership just for them.

Electro-shock therapy, made famous by The Simpsons so many years ago, is now banned in China as a treatment for “Internet addiction.” Apparently there were concerns over the safety of such a treatment. Go figure.

We have seen lots of interesting thumb drives such as the Hard Drive thumb drive array, and the VHS Thumb Drive. Now thanks to CF14 Industries we have a Vacuum Tube Thumb Drive. It takes a bit of trial and error to build one so I would have a few tubes on hand before you try to build your own.
