Have a little cash lying around? Pick yourself up a Blancpain one-of-a-kind watch at the Monaco Yacht Show. The watch will be sold at the Only Watch charity auction. It’s basically a 500 Fathoms with a translucent face to show the date wheel. Pretty, but not amazing. No big whoop.

Apple has posted Hard Drive Firmware Update 2.0, which will apparently solve the odd "infrequent" noises that some users had experienced with the June 2009 release of the MacBook Pro, according to Apple.

It’s probably fair to say that we haven’t been particularly impressed with what we’ve heard about Acer’s Aspire One 751. The phrase “pretty but dumb” has been muttered more than once, an aesthetically pleasing machine but one lacking in processing power.

Joytiq is reporting out of GamesCom that 2K will not be releasing BioShock 2 in Q1 of 2010. According to an unnamed 2K rep, a new trailer for the hottest game of 2010 will be shown at PAX East, which runs the last week of March. That makes me sad. Oh well. Update: Bloops.

Pink HTC Hero shows up in wild

When it came to follow-up colors for the HTC Hero, we’ll admit to have expecting perhaps the dramatic red first shown in the leaked teaser video.  A soft pink version didn’t really figure on our radar, but Paul over at MoDaCo has spotted the pink Hero in the plastic.

Casio have announced the launch of 2 new cameras from their Exilim range of cameras. The Exilim EX-Z450 and EX-Z90 cameras both feature a 12 megapixel sensor and are both slim in size. Both are also capable of capturing HD video at a resolution of 720p.

I have several computers in my office from my desktop that I like to work on when I am at the desk, to my full notebook for heavy duty on the go work, to my netbook for the times when I want to go light. The big challenge for me is keeping the documents I need up to date on all the systems.

Orange have announced the official details of it’s launch of the LG watch phone (GD910). It will go on sale August 27th and cost £500 for pay as you go customers (non-contract). It appears that stock will be limited as Orange have restricted sales to just 1 per customer.
