Samsung has updated it netbook range with the launch of a couple of new models, the Samsung N130 and N140, which feature a 10.1 inch LCD display. Both of these new netbooks comes with an Intel Atom 1.6GHz Atom processor, and Intel GMA 950 graphics, plus 1GB of RAM and a 160GB hard drive.

It may be expensive and not particularly high-powered (we hear), but brother, that is one good-looking little notebook. We got a couple shots of it on display, but it’s hard to get a feel for the hotness without that nice studio lighting and white background.

Toshiba has finally launched their first Blu-ray player. Dubbed as the BDX2000, the player supports BD-Live (Profile 2.0), 1080p/ 24 fps Full HD Video output, AVCHD playback, Toshiba REGZA-LINK (HDMI-CEC), Dolby True HD and DTS-HD Master Audio, and an SD memory card slot.

Looks like the latest PS3 firmware update has borked a bunch of controllers, possibly only knock-off ones. What’s funny about this situation is that Apple does stuff like this all the time. In fact, it specifically upgrades its systems in order to lock out other hardware and software.

The Sharp 936SH is a clamshell style phone that has a solar panel on the cover. Technical specs show that it is a HSDPA/UMTS phone that has a 3 inch FWVGA LCD screen. An 8 megapixel camera can be found on the back that allows it to take some fairly decent photos.
