I’m feeling just enough better that I’m making a ton of comfort food, most of which I’ll probably eat later since I’m sure my stomach has shrunk in the last week. But…beef stew with dumplings, shepherd’s pie, and lasagna are all on the menu for the weekend.

I like my job. And while it’s nice to work from home, I miss that office vibe. Standing around the coffee thing, waiting for it to brew… gossiping idly over office romances… and then, after a long day at work, queuing up at the ol’ kegerator for an ice-cold beer.
