Yesterday morning, I had the pleasure of taking the 2010 Tesla Roadster Sport out on the town in Menlo Park, California. It's the latest from the eco-friendly, Silicon Valley-based super-fast all-electric-car company started by PayPal co-founder Elon Musk.

Toshiba has announced a new 1.8 inch hard drive, which comes with a massive 320GB and is the world’s largest 1.8 inch hard drive. The Toshiba MK3233GSG 1,8 inch hard drive features a 3GBps SATA interface, with a 16MB buffer, and have a 19% energy efficiency improvement over previous models.

Nokia N900, the Maemo 5 based smartphone is scheduled to be available starting on November 16th in the UK. Orange will sell N900 with £0 price if the buyer agree to signing 2-year contract for £35 monthly data plan. While O2 sell it for £10. Sure, there’s 2-year data plan contract to sign.

Nokia on Thursday said it has started shipping the X6. Its latest touchscreen-only smartphone is the first from the company to use capacitive touch and responds much more precisely and quickly to input than the pressure-based resistive screens of earlier models.

Section: Computers, Laptops Yesterday, fellow Gadgetell writer JG told us about Walmart’s pre-Black Friday sale and one of the items up for sale is a $298 laptop from HP. According to the initial ad listing we could see that laptop has a 15.6-inch display with a 250GB hard drive.

Here is a cool design for a geeky coffee table from designer Stephane Perruchon. The PS3 Coffee Table features two gigantic PS3 controllers for legs and a glass top, the giant controllers are made from ABS plastic and the decorated with PS3 buttons.

Telus this morning took its turn at launching its own HSPA+ network and new devices, including the iPhone. It sells the iPhone 3G and both the 16GB and 32GB iPhone 3GS units at the same $100, $200 and $300 prices as at Bell and Rogers on a three-year contract.
