Verizon's HTC Thunderbolt might ship later than expected based on a rumor Wednesday afternoon. The cell provider's retail managers have reportedly been briefed that the 4G Android range-topper would be in stores on February 24.

Dropcam, maker of the Echo network camera system, has written to us on Wednesday, informing of a new app for Android handsets. During our review, we were limited to an iPhone app that allowed us to view live and recorded content from the wireless video cameras.
