Ok fine, so Blizzard recently implied that Diablo III won’t see a 2010 release. But it’s not the end of the world for us Diablo fanatics, as there are games out now that provide similar gameplay.

Last week Intel and AMD settled their long running legal battle with Intel dishing out $1.25 billion to AMD and putting a patents cross-license agreement in place. I thought at the time with the worth of Intel and how much business the company does the fine was a mere drop in the bucket.

I loathe mail-in rebates. The last few handsets that I bought for my wife have had mail-in rebates and I always forget to send them in, which I assume is the reason rebates are offered as mail-in rather than instant in most cases.
