Hewlett-Packard and AT&T have announced iPAQ Glisten powered by Windows Mobile 6.5. It has a QWERTY keyboard and 2.5-inch display. The display is AMOLED touchscreen which adds more functionality for its users in addition to the keyboard.

Bill is at it again with this Crystal-Shimmer effect. He used parallel effects to create a “symphonic sound” of multiple octaves at once based on one note on the guitar. It’s a bit complex but there’s a full write up at EHX.

VMware is developing virtualization software for smartphones that would see two profiles running on the same device at the same time. VMware sees a work and personal profile running on a phone at the same time, as opposed to giving users a choice of dual-booting into one or the other.

The HP Envy is not the cheapest notebook on the market, but it is an incredibly nice one.  The screen pops out at you and the sound is amazing.  This notebook will live up to its name. It is not secret that HP literally stole the design from the Macbook.

If we keep releasing iPhone DJ apps, we need to come up with a new moniker instead of “disc jockey.” But “file jockey” or MP3 spinner” just don’t roll off the tongue as easily. Sonorasaurus has just released version 1.1 of their iPod Touch/iPhone DJ app.
