Smart students at MIT have figured out how to turn a typical LCD into a low-cost, 3-D gestural computing system. Users can touch the screen to activate controls on the display but as soon as they lift their finger off the screen, the system can interpret their gestures in the third dimension, too.

Google Nexus One Photos

BGR managed to get hold of a couple of Google Nexus One photo’s. The first seen above and below shows the profile vs that of a T-Mobile G1. As can be seen, the Nexus one is very thin. Some things to note here is that the G1 does have a physical keyboard though that does add a little bulk.
