Lily Sussman, the 21 year-old whose MacBook was taken out the back by Israeli border guards and shot-through with three rifle rounds, has given a video interview to the Daily News Egypt. Apparently, she will be reimbursed for the laptop.

The Blu-ray Disc Association today published details of the final specification for 3D-enhanced Blu-ray video. Simply titled Blu-ray 3D, the format will send a stereoscopic 1080p image but, despite the extra data, will only use about 50 percent more data than a traditional, 2D-only image.

LG RoboKing Robot Vacuum

LG have created a new robot vacuum cleaner called the LG RoboKing. The RoboKing is smaller than the previous model measuring just 90mm tall where as before the previous version was 130mm tall. This allows the vacuum to manoeuvre more easily under objects such as book cases and furniture.

Elgato has managed to sneakily work its way around Apple’s restriction on streaming video to the iPhone over 3G. It does it using a web app. The native EyeTV iPhone application lets you stream live TV and recorded content from your computer at home over Wi-Fi, and only over Wi-Fi.

Google today revealed that the Audi A8 will be the first regular production car whose GPS system will use Google Earth for data. The implementation will give the luxury sedan Google's 3D terrain data and satellite imagery to provide a more realistic view of driving directions when requested.
