Buffalo have revealed their latest external harddrive called the HD-AVU2. The drive connects to a computer via USB 2.0 and is available in four capacities of 500GB, 1TB, 1.5TB and 2TB. There isn’t much special about the external harddrive and the only thing that stands out is how it looks.

Publisher Hearst today provided firmer details of the Skiff Reader, its self-produced e-book device. The new model is one of the largest e-book readers ever at 11.5 inches and provides a 1200x1600 touchscreen display better suited to magazines and newspapers.

A new system has been created by Microsoft that could see Guitar Hero being played with an air guitar. The system is called the muscle computer interface. The new technology uses EMG sensors places around muscles in the arms that detect movement from your hands and fingers.
