Verizon is overhauling their voice, text and family cell phone plans and throwing in a couple of unlimited talk plans starting at $70/mo, although their pricing, when you include data, doesn’t seem as competitive as Sprint or T-Mobile.

Cowon W2 MID gets spec’d, priced, release in Korea January 25

More details on Cowon’s W2 MID have emerged, complete with a release date for Korea.  As of January 25th, buyers there will be able to pick up the W2 in one of four different versions; each has a 4.8-inch 1024 x 600 LCD touchscreen and Intel Atom 1.33GHz processor.

Mophie today promised to give Japanese iPhone owners much-requested support for FeliCa wireless payments. The team-up with two local firms will see a version of Mophie's casing that uses the same RFID wireless as the Sony standard.

Nokia this morning sent invitations to a London press event for "big news" about its Ovi services. The company doesn't provide any details of the Thursday event but expects its Executive VP Anssi Vanjoki to show along with UK General Manager Mark Loughran.
