Pentax today brought out a replacement for its long-serving X70. As an ultrazoom, the X90 already carries a 26X lens (26-676mm equivalent) but uses an "intelligent zoom" in software to reach 162.5X (4,225mm).

Adobe have pushed out Flash 10.1 Beta 3, and the most interesting change is the introduction of GMA 500 GPU support.  This means support for the graphics found in many netbooks, which previously would have trouble playing smooth 720p HD video.
