Motorola's Droid X 2 may be moving closer to launch after an FCC filing. A mystery device, called only the IHDT56MJ1, has passed through the agency with support for CDMA, EVDO and 802.11n Wi-Fi. It follows the naming scheme of earlier Motorola devices but isn't believed to be the Droid Bionic....

Verizon removed doubt about its plans on Friday and put up a home page ad as well as a teaser page confirming the iPad 2 would be available in its stores on March 11. The EVDO-equipped 3G version will reach the carrier's stores the same time as the Wi-Fi and HSPA 3G versions.
