Atom processor is commonly used at netbook device but QNAP using it to built a 4-Bay Atom-based NAS (Network Attached Storage)called QNAP TS-439. Packs a 1 GB RAM, the QNAP’s TS-439 NAS capable to offsite data replication to another NAS, back up server, FTP server, webserver and so on.
