The Motorola Xoom tablet with 3G has now shown up for pre-order online at UK retailer Carphone Warehouse. The price tag, at £600 ($976) tax-inclusive, is £100 ($163) more than the Wi-Fi-only version that appeared on PC World just yesterday.
