As Sandy Bridge platform issues get sorted out, Intel themselves set at taking advantage of the 6 Gbps SATA interface the platform offers. With the new 510 Series SSDs Intel cracks 500 MBps sequential read speed while soaking up data at somewhere alike 315 MBps.
