ZTE has decided to release the Light Tab in the Japanese market. This Android tablet features a 7-inch (800×480) display, a 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 CPU, a 512MB of RAM, the Google Android 2.2 OS, 3G, WiFi and GPS.
