The first true indication that the upcoming Samsung-built Nexus S is coming to AT&T has been spotted thanks to a document at the Bluetooth SIG. The first Android 2.3-powered device to ship will be out in four versions; the original GT-i9020, the GT-i9020T, the GT-i9023 and now the GT-i9020A.
