Google's 2011 roadmap will include changes to the Android Market, as the Android platform manager Eric Chu revealed at the Inside Social Apps conference in San Francisco on Tuesday. This is being spurred by the slow rates of purchase for the apps, something Google is vocally "not happy" about.
