The Sharp SH-07C e-Book reader is now available in Japan via DoCoMo’s network. Weighing at 240 grams, this 3G e-Book reader comes equipped with a 5.5-inch color LCD with a 1024×600 resolution and a 32GB of internal storage space. The SH-07C also support the new XMDF eBook format.
