Verizon upped the competition in smartphones today with a new plan that could put pressure on most of its rivals. The Talk and Text Plus Data Promotion is a virtual match for Sprint's Everything Data with 450 minutes of talk time, unlimited texting and unlimited on-device data for an identical $70.
