A deep flight personal submarine built for Tom Perkins' Maltese Falcon yacht. This submarine named "deep flight". It's a submersible with a pair of wings that can "fly" underwater. The sub does not have ballast tanks, but dives because of its forward speed---like a penguin does when it hunts.
