After some initial downloading hiccups (but thanks for those extra copies of the iWork demo, Apple) the FaceTime Mac beta is up and running. Setup is dead simple -- enter your MobileMe or Apple ID, or sign up for one if you don't have it. Sign in and you're ready to go.
