NEC is set to drop another LED-backlit monitor for the mass market called the MultiSync EX231W. Featuring a TN panel, this new 23-inch widescreen monitor supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and provides 1000:1 (25,000:1 DCR) contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness and 5ms response time.
