MSI has unveiled the latest version of its WindBox nettop PC, the MSI WindBox III. Unlike Atom-based nettops, the WindBox III uses an Intel Core 2 Duo paired with the GS45 Express chipset, and is capable of up to 1080p HD video with an HDMI output.
