Samsung’s 32GB Load-reduced RAM Module

Samsung today introduced the world’s first 32GB load-reduced dual-inline memory module (LRDIMM) for server applications. The DDR3 memory module is based on the 40nm manufacturing process technology and is composed of 72 DRAMs with capacity of 4GB each.
