A-DATA recently announced the 512GB XPG 2.5-inch SSD at the CeBit 2009. The 512GB XPG 2.5-inch SSD came on the scene and claim to be the Highest Capacity SSD in the Industry. The new A-Data 512GB XPG 2.5-inch SSD offers a read speed up to 230MB/s and write speed up to 160MB/s.
