Buffalo is set to unleash a new line of USB 3.0 portable SSDs ‘SHD-PEHU3′ for the Japanese market. Available in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB sizes, these 2.5-inch drives are equipped with a USB 3.0/2.0 interface and capable of providing transfer speeds of up to 244MB/s.
