Commercial portable electronics device maker Handheld on Tuesday announced its Algiz 7 rugged tablet PC. It runs on Windows 7 Professional and has a 7-inch screen with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Despite its design, however, the tablet doesn't support touch and instead relies on physical buttons.
