Other World Computing (OWC) has rolled out a new series of SSDs for the mass market, the Mercury Extreme Enterprise. Powered by the new SandForce processor, these 2.5-inch SSDs feature a SATA II 3.0 Gbps interface and are able to provide read/write speeds of up to 260MB/s with 0.1ms latency.
