Apple has launched a slimmer USB power adapter for iPod and iPhone in Europe. The device is compatible with the entire range of iPod nanos, iPhones, iPod touches, iPod classics, as well as the second and third generation iPod shuffle. The new Apple USB Power Adapter retails for $229 a pop.
