Wallpapers to replace bulbs as next efficient lighting solution

A Welsh company by the name of Lomox in order to further develop its organic light emitting diodes (OLED) technology has developed a wallpaper-type chemical coating that can be printed on any flat surface, and when charged with low electricity voltage (3 to 5 volts) can be made to produce light.
