Dual Electronics on Tuesday revealed the XGPS300 GPS cradle, which enables an iPhone -- or the typically GPS-lacking iPod touch -- to perform turn-by-turn car navigation. The device contains its own GPS sensor, and is bundled with NavAtlas' navigation software.
