Livescribe has just announced the new Pulse Smartpen. It is a computer in a pen that digitally captures and syncs handwriting and audio together. It comes in the storage capacity of 4GB and 2GB in a new stylish titanium color. The 4GB model can hold over 400 hours of audio.
