Lotta Tu's baby-moving idea, conceived of when she was an ID student at Taiwan's Tung Hai University, is simple but clever: An electric scooter good for traveling short distances, and when you arrive, it turns into a stroller. Safety issues would mean it's probably only good for certain locales.
