HTC Mega, a Windows Mobile 6.5 powered smartphone will be released next October along with an Android smartphone called HTC Click. HTC Mega boast a 2.8″ QVGA display and support GSM and HSDPA connectivity. Mega also packs GPS as well as a 3MP camera.
