I would like to let you know that Canon has just announced a new sub-$1,000 projector in the form of the LV-7275. The entry-level XGA projector adopts 3LCD Display Technology to produce a 1024 x 768 resolution with 2,600 lumens, which is bright enough for use in a room with existing light.
