Peapod eco solution to control pollution. New jail-breaking electric vehicle from Peapod the Friendly electric vehicle engineered by Chrysler's Global Eco Mobility it appears to be a neighborhood vehicle being restricted for highways due to its top speed amounting to 20 miles per kilometer.

Once the Peapod exceeds the speed of light, it is able to travel 20 miles per kilometer.
